I’m a co-founder of letsrocc. I'm as commercial as I am creative - Experienced as I'm educational.  I’ve 34 years of collecting a curated database of solvable problems, 29 of those pioneering online. I'm a problem solver. Ultimately, however, I’m a listener and a people person. My skills are more generalist than a specialist - which is excellent for growth an online marketing. I join the dots between people and tech. I'd love to open a dialogue with you if you are interested.

I don’t assume, I want to learn and then see if there’s a possibility for a partnership between us - either now or in the future.

My career kicked off in '88 at International Computers Limited. I cut my teeth cold-calling customers to sell printers, POS systems, and software. Though early days, this first taste of technology, sales, and leadership sparked something in me.

In the early '90s I leveraged my tech sales experience to take on B2B sales and marketing roles. At S&M Thermal Transfer I sold/installed thermal printers and ribbons to corporate clients, honing my B2B sales abilities.

By the mid-90s, I immersed myself in print and packaging sales. At Clondalkin Group I led the labelling division. Later becoming Commercial Director for Boxmore Healthcare labels, leaflets, and cartons division - sharpening my commercial expertise.

In 1995, I built my first website in Compuserve!
In '96, I started my entrepreneurial journey, co-founding thermal transfer print systems firm Ampersand in a tiny office over a TV repair shop.
With just a fax and phone, we built a successful B2B company servicing the packaging industry.

By 2003, I was ready to fulfil my solo entrepreneurial dreams, founding and self-funding a full service marketing agency. As Managing Director for 13 years, I provided web design, SEO, branding, social media and training services to startups and established e-commerce corporations.

With over 34 years' experience, I've shaped agencies and businesses to become market forces. I also built one of the world's first kid-safe social media platforms, amassing over 2 million global followers. My expertise expanded globally, leading app growth for European companies like Keleya and e-commerce at Native Instruments in the 2010s.

In Berlin, Germany, at mc Group, I crafted digital strategies for major entities, like the European Commission, as a Digital Director. We created cutting-edge digital tender processes to connect global organizations together. My team was young but enthusiastic and thrived despite challenges we faced!

In 2020, I was headhunted as Chief Operating Officer at a small 30-person agency in Frankfurt. I led operational development, team mentoring, new process implementation, customer reporting, communications strategies, and more.
My leadership elevated the business globally. This is where I met Claudia.

In October 2022, I brought my expertise full circle, co-founding letsrocc - an Anglo-German growth and marketing consultancy. As a Fractional CMO, I develop tailored strategies to catapult diverse clients to new heights. All of this experience guides my strategies for success.
